I was looking for a home to buy because my rent kept increasing and my current lease was getting close to its end. I had called some listing agents on homes I saw and they never called me back. A friend recommended Pam Redden, saying she was always a top-seller. I called Pam and, less than a week later, we spent half a day looking at homes. We put an offer in that afternoon and the offer was accepted by the next night. I have now closed on that home. Pam is a very caring person and she helped with advice on how much to offer (they accepted our 1st offer) what to ask the sellers to fix related to items on the inspection (they agreed to all), etc. I was pretty nervous, but Pam set my mind at ease. I have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
